Downtown Wine Walks

The Minot Downtown Business & Professional Association (DBPA) is a member organization whose mission is to enhance quality of life through community, commerce and culture. We do this by hosting a wide range of events and activities, shopping and services, all with that 'hometown' feel. The DBPA actively seeks and implements opportunities that make the Minot area prosper, and enriches the lives of residents and visitors through art, history, education and tradition.
