Monika Matuszewska is the founder of the coaching practice LaMatu, which offers a variety of in-company coaching and training services. Throughout the past 22 years of her professional career, she worked at international organisations including IBM, Philips, IKEA, Nikon and L’Oréal.As a seasoned professional coach with rich experience in designing and delivering impactful training programmes and workshops for diverse audiences, she has led thousands of participants through her transformative sessions. Monika is an accomplished trainer, workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. She has led workshops both in the Netherlands and abroad and presented keynotes on large stages with up to 800 attendees.In addition to her experience as an in-person workshop facilitator and keynote speaker, she brings to her training sessions the knowledge she has gathered working as a professional coach with hundreds of clients across different industries. She works fluently across cultures, speaking 5 languages, and supporting professionals from over 80 nationalities.Her training sessions typically contain elements of positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming and game theory. She is a big believer in “edutainment”, blending education with entertainment, often in the form of simulation games. She focuses on delivering practical, engaging, and interactive sessions that equip your team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.In addition, Monika is a certified yoga teacher with extensive training and a long-standing personal meditation practice. She integrates mindfulness and meditation techniques into her work where relevant, offering grounded, accessible practices that support focus, resilience, and mental clarity in professional environments.The workshops provided by LaMatu can be customised to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
