About this event

This one-on-one online art therapy session is a space to relax, reduce stress, and support your mental well-being through simple creative expression. No art experience is needed—just openness and curiosity.

You don’t need any experience in art, no skills, and you don’t have to see yourself as an artist. The art materials are simply tools—bridges to help you explore, heal, and transform your inner world. In this session, we use creativity not to make “perfect” art, but to support emotional release, self-awareness, and restoration.

You'll be gently guided through calming art prompts and optional conversation designed to help you process emotions, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, private setting.

Esta sesión individual de arte terapia en línea es un espacio para relajarte, reducir el estrés y apoyar tu bienestar mental a través de la expresión creativa. No necesitas experiencia artística—solo apertura y curiosidad.

No necesitas tener experiencia en arte, ni habilidades artísticas, ni considerarte un(a) artista. Los materiales de arte son solo herramientas—puentes para ayudarte a explorar, sanar y transformar tu mundo interior. Hi, my name is Valentina. I’m a Chilean-Italian art therapist based in Barcelona, with over 13 years of international experience offering art therapy both online and in person. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—individuals, groups, and even leading global companies.

My approach combines creativity, imagination, and meditation to help you access a space of safety, beauty, and emotional restoration. It’s a privilege to hold this space for you, and I look forward to meeting you in one of my sessions.

No, not at all. You don’t need any artistic skills. This session is about expression and emotional support, not creating “perfect” art.

What materials do I need?

Basic art supplies: paper, pencils, pens, colors—whatever you have at home is enough.
