Absolutely! This event is specifically designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of prior experience. Many of our participants come with no knowledge, and they leave feeling grateful and fulfilled. We'll guide you step-by-step throughout the event.

What should I wear to this event?

Accepted Answer

Comfort is key! Since you'll be lying down and doing deep breathing exercises for a while, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement is ideal. Think yoga pants, sweatpants, or anything that won't restrict your belly or chest area. Avoid anything too tight or with buttons or zippers.

I have post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, etc.

Our facilitators are trained to handle cases of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, etc., are informed about trauma, and can assist you. However, it is very important that you inform one of them when you arrive at the event so they can provide personalized instructions for your case.

Are the seats numbered, can I reserve a seat?

During the event there is free choice of seats within the categories. Seats can not be reserved in advance.

What is the catering like on site? Is there also a vegan menu?

Meals and drinks are included in the ticket price. Our catering partner will do his best to feed everyone in the best possible way! There will also be a vegan, gluten-free dish!

Will translation into other languages be provided for this event?

No, translation is not provided. All InnerCamp events are conducted in English. Please ensure that your English level is at least intermediate to fully enjoy this experience.
