Professor of Market Research & Consumer Behavior, IE Business School.

Jaime has enjoyed an extensive career within the field of R&D and customer behavior. Starting out as a R&D Chemical Engineer at Procter & Gamble, he later moved into a Product Research role specializing in Russian, Eastern European and Saudi Arabian markets. Soon after, Jaime worked in P&G´s Market Research Department, going on to take over market research for beauty products and Gillette products in Spain. In 2009 he became Market Research Senior Manager for Western Europe, and in 2011, he was named Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, a role which involves close collaboration with sales teams and key distributors.
