About this event
We love what we do, therefore we give to every student a piece of our hearts!
We love small and semi-private retreats so that we can get to know each other in a real way! Therefore, expect some connection, touching words, friendship, meditations, mind-blowing hike, etc.
Always wanted to try AcroYoga buy maybe you were too scared to try because you have no background in yoga or acrobatics?
80% of our students never tried AcroYoga before! And trust us: till now everyone survived! You will learn more than 25 AcroYoga poses in less than five days with us. But our ultimate goal is that when you are back home, that you are able train with friends and/or partner with a stable routine and flow.
Or maybe wanted to try AcroYoga but didn’t have someone to try it with?
We are 2 teachers for 4 students, which means you will have almost private teaching and at least always one teacher with you. Besides that, our retreats are prepared to be adapted to your needs and learnings wishes.
Or maybe you have already some basics but would like to improve your skills?
Before your booking we make sure what is your level and would be the best retreat for you, so that you can train and learn with other students at your level.

On this retreat, there is no prior knowledge or partner required. This retreat is your way to build confidence, self-trust, and get more fit and flexible while playing with like-minded people. You will bring the yoga poses from the ground up into the air or better said on to your feet!

How a day in our retreat looks like?
We start every day with a Morning Yoga session, after a delicious breakfast you will have time to discover the beautiful surroundings, sandy beaches, nearby local markets, walk around an amazing nature or just make yourself comfortable in our cosy house! Midday you will have an AcroYoga session and evenings you will have time to recover energy and reflect yourself with the beautiful sundowners.
Zlata & Sergio the experienced Yoga teachers will guide the group through the days with sensibly designed acro & yoga-classes for all levels.
Let's escape the everyday routine, focusing on your health, your goals and to start a new version of yourself just as you would like to have it and don´t forget to pack your flip flops, swimsuit, and joy!
WHO CAN JOIN THE RETREAT?
All levels are welcome! It is always exciting to have a mixed group with different backgrounds, from yoga beginners to more advanced students or even yoga teachers! YogaEmotion is made for everybody and you'll have two teachers taking care of you!
LANGUAGE
The retreat will be held in English with possible Spanish/ German translation!
We speak both English and Spanish fluently. Even German, Croatian and Portugues just in case. Main classes and group activities will be held in English, but according to the needs of the group could be translated into Spanish.
