The classes are private with a maximum of 2 people per class, which will allow us to tailor the session to each person’s level and needs.

No prior experience is required, nor is excessive strength or flexibility, as this is exactly what we will work on during the class.

We will create sequences of stretches and inversions, starting from a basic level.

The most important thing is to build confidence with the hammock and enjoy flying in it!

Is previous experience required?

No, we will adapt the class to the level and needs of each person

Is arm strength required?

No, to start with the basic postures and inversions you don't need to be strong

Do you need to be very flexible?

No, in fact we will work on this during the class!

Can the amount be refunded if I cannot attend the class?

As long as you cancel it up to the day before 4pm

Is it possible to take photos or videos during the class?

Yes, it is possible and you can ask the teacher to do it for you
