El equipo de APAX vendrá a cal Nomad a explicarnos todo sobre apax su creación y funcionamiento de sus tres productos, nos dara una master class sobre el funcionamiento de sus gotas en el café, además podremos hacer todas las preguntas posibles.
The APAX team will visit Cal Nomad to tell us everything about APAX—its creation and how their three products work. They’ll give a masterclass on how their drops interact with coffee, and we’ll have the chance to ask all the questions we want.

Cata comparativa de 7 cafés diferentes de nuestro menú.
Prepararemos 2 mesas, una mesa será con agua osmotizada de nuestras instalaciones (el tostador) y la otra mesa con gotas de apax.
Analizaremos diferencias y hablaremos de porque influye tanto en el sabor ¿que hace que sea tan diferente?
A comparative tasting of 7 different coffees from our menu.We’ll set up two tables: one brewed with our in-house osmotized water (from the roastery), and the other with APAX drops.We’ll analyze the differences and discuss why water has such a strong impact on flavor—what makes it taste so different?
COMPETICIÓN/COMPETITION 🏆
Realizar una competición entre los asistentes donde mediante una triangulación deberán de decir cual es la taza diferente y que tipo de mineral lleva.
El asistente que más taza acierte (Esperamos no haya empate, lo haremos difícil pero no imposible) se llevará un kit de apax.
We’ll hold a competition where participants will use triangulation to identify the odd cup and guess which mineral it contains.The person with the most correct answers (hopefully no ties—we’re making it tough, but not impossible!) will win an APAX kit.
