✨We will weave together the foundations of yoga with elements of astrology and relational dynamics, exploring how this energy, embodied, can impact our everyday lives.

🌿 Through the practice of Yoga, we will open space to welcome what arrives—not only from the mind and the abstract, but also from the practical, the lived, and the relational. The other becomes a bridge to discover ourselves more deeply.

🌌 A reminder that nothing is separate: what we feel inside is expressed outside, and what happens in the sky is also reflected in our body.

🤍 No previous experience needed: every curious body is welcome. Yoga mats and materials are provided.
