Uniremos las bases del yoga con los elementos de la astrología y las dinámicas relacionales, explorando cómo esa energía, llevada al cuerpo, impacta nuestra vida cotidiana.

🌿 Gracias a la práctica de Yoga, podremos integrar y abrir espacio para lo que llega. No sólo desde la mente y lo abstracto, sino también desde lo práctico, lo vivencial y lo vincular. El otrx se convierte en un puente para conocernos en profundidad.
