1st Australian Workshop on 3D Bio-printing for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine.

A unique opportunity to hear the latest developments directly from worldwide experts in the field of 3D bioprinting technology from both academia and industry.

In a joint effort to promote tissue regeneration and to develop personalised therapies by using patient-derived stem cells and tissue-specific biomaterials in a defined 3D microenvironment, bioprinted tissues are fabricated through the layer-by-layer deposition of biological material (“bio-ink”) within a biocompatible matrix (“hydrogel”) using highly-specialised 3D bioprinters.

This workshop will bring together experts in developmental biology, biomaterials and tissue engineering for 3D bioprinting, featuring one of the fathers of this technology, Dr Vladimir Mironov, and the CEO of REGEMAT3D, Dr Jose Manuel Baena, during their first Australian visit.
