Mark your calendar for Friday, September 5, 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00. We're meeting at Hoppiness — a poplular craft beer spot in Poblenou. 🍺✨

This edition is more than just a meetup. Back in March 2020. Hoppiness was set to be a new venue for LocDrinks, but it never happened. Just days before, with restrictions looming, we had to cancel — and days later, the world changed. Returning to this venue after five years is both symbolic and emotional, a reminder of resilience and of how far our community has come.

Whether you’re a translator, interpreter, localizer, project manager, l10n or i18n engineer, LSP owner, or simply passionate about languages, this is your chance to reconnect after the summer and enter the final months of 2025 with energy. 🌍

Hosted by your friendly LocLunch™ Barcelona Ambassador team—Lisa McCarthy, Daniel Pesudo, and Yuka Nakasone—the evening promises lively conversations, familiar faces, and new connections.

Registration is free, but attendees cover their own food and drinks. Hoppiness’ craft beers and relaxed atmosphere will make the perfect backdrop for our community gathering. 🍽️🍻 Let’s raise a glass together as we head into a new season.

Reserva’t el divendres 5 de setembre de 2025, de 18:00 a 20:00, i acompanya’ns a Hoppiness, un punt de trobada imprescindible per als amants de la cervesa artesana al Poblenou. 🍺✨

Aquesta edició té un significat especial. El març de 2020 Hoppiness havia de ser la nova seu d’un LocDrinks que mai no vam arribar a celebrar. Pocs dies abans, amb les restriccions a punt de decretar-se, vam haver de cancel·lar — i poc després, el món va canviar. Tornar-hi cinc anys més tard és un moment tant simbòlic com emotiu, un recordatori de la resiliència i del camí recorregut per la nostra comunitat.

Siguis traductor, intèrpret, localitzador, gestor de projectes, enginyer de l10n o i18n, responsable d’una LSP o senzillament algú apassionat per les llengües, aquesta és la teva oportunitat per reconnectar després de l’estiu i encarar amb energia el tram final del 2025. 🌍

Organitzat per l’equip d’Ambaixadors de LocLunch™ Barcelona —Lisa McCarthy, Daniel Pesudo i Yuka Nakasone—, aquest vespre promet converses animades, cares conegudes i noves connexions.

La inscripció és gratuïta, però, com sempre, cadascú es paga el seu menjar i beguda. Les cerveses artesanes i l’ambient relaxat de Hoppiness seran l’escenari perfecte per a la nostra trobada. 🍽️🍻 Alcem les copes plegats per encetar una nova temporada.
