Join us for a one hour gentle yoga class, suitable for all abilities, held on the beach at Playa de L'arenal, Jávea.
Monday: 07:00AM (Morning)
Tuesday: 20:00PM (Evening)
Thursday: 07:00AM (Morning)
Please note that this is the summer schedule, to account for the hot weather. We practice early in the morning at 7AM to avoid the heat and in the evening as the sun goes down.

Classes are taught in English.
