The Seekers of Ultimate Truth in India discovered that the Ultimate Truth – the One Consciousness on which the whole universal display appears to be – is no different from our own True Identity – the Self. So, Brahmavidyā is equally the knowledge of our true Identity.
Pancha Kriya involves five powerful cleansing processes to remove toxins and impurities from the system. These are five yogic practices that include different kinds of breathing exercises and meditation.
Just like how we shower every day to clean the external parts of our body, Pancha kriya is a process that cleanses the internal organs of our body, keeping it cool. These techniques not only cleanse our body but bring peace and balance to our mind and lightness and bliss to our being. The class is conducted by a teacher from India, who has taught extensively across India and Spain.
