What will I learn in the Flourish program?

You’ll learn essential financial skills, from managing personal finances to building savings and investments. The program covers topics like understanding the local financial system, overcoming financial barriers, goal setting, rewriting money stories and creating a path to financial independence.

How is Flourish different from other financial literacy programs?

Flourish takes an intersectional approach, specifically designed for women with migration backgrounds. It recognizes the unique challenges women over 40 face when adjusting to new cultures and financial systems.

How long is the Flourish program, and what is the schedule?

Flourish is offered once a month, with each session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. The program spans over 12 months, giving you ample time to learn, absorb, and apply what you've learned while building a solid foundation for your financial empowerment journey.

Is Flourish a virtual or in-person event?

Flourish is hosted both online and in person to ensure accessibility for everyone. You can choose the format that best suits your schedule and preferences.

Is there a cost to attend the Flourish program?

They face unique challenges like adapting to new cultures, financial systems and balancing responsibilities. Flourish supports these women by helping them navigate these changes with confidence

How will AI be used in this workshop? Are there any costs or security concerns?

In this workshop, you'll use AI-powered budgeting tools to track spending, set savings goals, and adjust your budget based on your habits. The tools are included, with no extra fees for the session. We ensure your data is secure, and we’ll guide you on how to use these tools safely and effectively.

How will Behavioral Economics be incorporated into the workshop?

Behavioural Economics will help you understand and improve your financial decisions by exploring the psychology behind spending and saving habits. You'll learn to recognise biases and use insights to make smarter choices, set achievable goals, and turn money management into a consistent habit.
