Do I need any prior experience with soundbaths or meditation?

No experience is needed! Just come as you are, lie down or sit comfortably, and enjoy the vibrations and sounds.

How long does the soundbath last?

Typically, the session lasts about 75 minutes, including a gentle arrival and closing.

Do I need to bring anything?

Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). Pillows are usually provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I eat before the session?

It’s best to have a light meal or snack at least an hour before to avoid discomfort while lying down.

Is the session suitable for children?

The soundbath is generally designed for adults. However, I have had kids participate in soundbaths in the past. Please contact me if you want to bring a child.

An evening to open the heart and (re)connect within. We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to awaken presence and intention led by Amina, followed by a meditative sound journey with Tibetan bowls and gong to release and restore by Evy.
