About this event

Take a Walk On The Funny Side!

In this 4 hour workshop, the class will learn some skills from the ancient and honorable art of clowning. After a brief physical warmup and a couple of theatrical games, we’ll focus on learning some classic clown/physical comedy skills and tricks, and then incorporate them into a classic clown routine. The class will culminate with the students creating their own brief clown routines.

This class will focus on the slap, the trip, the headbang, and the double take. Future classes will focus on other clown skills, including falls, water spitting, and possibly pie fights.

This workshop is 35€‎, with a 20% deposit due online. The remainder will be paid by cash or transfer directly to the teacher.
