What if your body wasn’t something to fix, but a part of you to listen to, care for, and call home?

Join us for a gentle and empowering 2-hour workshop blending somatic yoga, compassionate reflection, and body-positive nutrition tools, guided by two experienced facilitators at the beautiful Olēka Studio in Valencia Old Town.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Breath-led, grounding yoga to reconnect with sensation
  • Journaling and guided compassion practices to soften inner dialogue
  • Body image reflections and mindful eating tools that support trust and nourishment

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper sense of body connection
  • Practical tools to approach food and body with more kindness
  • A grounded, heart-centred experience in community

This is an intimate gathering with limited numbers to allow for individual attention and shared connection.

Do I need previous yoga experience?

No! All levels and abilities are welcome :)

What language is the workshop in?

The workshop will be in English (although both instructors speak Spanish if clarification is needed)

Is the workshop open to teenagers?

Yes! Adults and teens are welcome. We recommend that teens bring a friend to help them feel more comfortable as it may be mostly adults.

Pippa is an international yoga teacher and accredited counsellor who has taught in studios across London, Brighton, Tokyo, Bali, and Valencia since 2016. Her teaching is an embodied flow, blending intuitive, playful movement with chakra-based themes and therapy insights to help students explore their inner world and let go of what’s holding them back.

Pippa has trained in yin yoga with Norman Blair and in dynamic vinyasa flow with Carlotta Castagna. Her teaching gently weaves together these influences, creating a practice that balances strength and softness, effort and ease. With a grounded, trauma-informed approach, Pippa holds a safe and supportive space for students to cultivate presence, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies—leaving them feeling empowered, balanced, and deeply at home within themselves.
