Desde Capital Cell, la primera plataforma europea de equity crowdfunding especializada en proyectos de biotecnología, os invitamos el próximo Martes 27 de Junio a nuestro Encuentro sobre 'Financiación en Biotech' en Vic.
Tras el éxito de los anteriores eventos y foros de inversión en Barcelona, Londres y Madrid, organizamos esta vez un encuentro para discutir sobre el mundo de la financiación en Biotecnología y Ciencias de la Vida.
VEN A DESCUBRIR cómo conseguir fondos y cómo invertir en uno de los sectores de inversión más rentables del mundo. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de conocer en detalle a 3 innovadores proyectos biotech que han apostado en el equity crowdfunding para crecer su negocio.

¿Quiénes somos?
Capital Cell es una empresa de inversión que opera bajo supervisión de CNMV en España y bajo autorización de la FCA en Reino Unido, y es la primera plataforma europea de equity crowdfunding especializada en proyectos de biotecnología y salud, el sector más rentable y que más crece de los últimos 10 años.
Desde 2015, hemos levantado 13 rondas de inversión por un total de más de €4M para empresas que están llevando al mercado nuevos tratamientos contra el cáncer infantil, el Alzheimer, la esquizofrenia o la esclerosis múltiple, por citar algunos. Las empresas biotecnológicas que presentarán en este evento son:
1) Sense4Care
Actualmente con campaña abierta en Capital Cell, Sense4Care busca fondos para avanzar con la comercialización de PARK-IT, un dispositivo médico capaz de monitorizar de forma continua, cuantitativa y en condiciones ambulatorias el estado motor de los pacientes de la enfermedad de Parkinson.
2) Aniling
Aniling es una empresa biotecnológica dedicada al desarrollo de productos para el sector de la salud y diagnóstico, utilizando el potencial de la genómica y epigenómica. Aniling iniciará dentro de los próximos meses una ronda de financiación en la plataforma de Capital Cell.
3) Bionure
Bionure, empresa biotecnológica que está desarrollando un innovador fármaco contra la esclerosis múltiple, recaudó más de 1 millón de euros a través de Capital Cell. Su campaña ‘#estamosaesto‘ batió todos los récords y se convirtió en la primera campaña de crowdfunding de ciencias de la vida con semejante cifra de capital acumulada en España. Gracias al éxito de la campaña y a la contribución de 240 inversores, Bionure ha podido seguir con su proyecto y, tres meses más tarde, ya ha recibido la autorización necesaria para emprender el ensayo clínico en voluntarios sanos. Albert Zamora, CEO de Bionure, compartirá su experiencia y algunos de los secretos del éxito de ‘#estamosaesto‘.

1) Sense4Care
Sense4Care is seeking funds on Capital Cell to market PARK-IT, a medical wearable device that identifies and records motor symptoms of patients with parkinson's disease, aiming to improve their life’s quality.
2) Aniling
Anilingis a biotech company committed to bring advances in the Genomics arena to everyday’s health care and disease prevention. They aim to accelerate the access to scientific advances in genomics and epigenomics by developing technologies with the applicability as prime requirement. Aniling will be opening a campaign with Capital Cell in the following months.
3) Bionure
Bionure is a biotech company developing a novel first-in-class drug for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. Early this year, they broke all records raising more than €1M in Capital Cell. Their crowdfunding campaign '#estamosaesto' (‘we are this close’) turn to the one with the largest amount raised on a life science equity crowdfunding platform to date, in Spain. Thanks to the huge campaign success and to the contribution of 240 investors, Bionure has been able to progress on the development of the drug and, three months later, they have already received authorization to undertake a first clinical trial on healthy volunteers. Albert Zamora, Bionure CEO, will be sharing their experience and some of the secrets of their campaign.
