The workshop is suited to anyone wanting to develop strength. It is suited to anyone from complete gym beginners as in introduction to powerlifting to regular gym goes wanting to improve their techniques in Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift with expert guidance.
Powerlifting can benefit anyone from any age or athletic background, it's never to late or early to start. With dedication to the discipline you can be very small and lift very heavy weights.
