La reserva de entradas y acreditaciones autoriza expresamente a EL OBRADOR DE LO REAL S.L. así como a cualquier otra persona o entidad autorizada por ésta, a la captación de la imagen, voz y aportación del asistente, por procedimiento videográfico, fotográfico y/o por cualquier otro procedimiento técnico existente, durante su participación en MAJORDOCS - Mallorca Documentary Film Fest (en adelante "Festival"). La presente autorización se concede de manera gratuita, no percibiendo ninguna contraprestación por dicha cesión de derechos de imagen.

Igualmente autoriza a EL OBRADOR DE LO REAL S.L. en exclusiva y con facultad de autorización en exclusiva a terceros, sin limitación territorial ni temporal, a la fijación, reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición, transformación, subtitulado y doblaje de la imagen, voz, y aportaciones captadas de los asistentes (incluida la representación digital, artística, gráfica y similares), todo ello para su explotación a través de cualquier medio y/o sistema así como para su inclusión en los materiales promocionales del Festival. Todo ello en base a la regulación vigente en materia de Derechos de Honor (Ley 1/1982) y de Propiedad Intelectual (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril).

The reservation of tickets and accreditations expressly authorises EL OBRADOR DE LO REAL S.L. as well as any other person or entity authorised by it, to capture the image, voice and contribution of the attendee, by videographic, photographic and/or any other existing technical procedure, during their participation in MAJORDOCS - Mallorca Documentary Film Fest (hereinafter "Festival"). The present authorisation is granted free of charge, without receiving any consideration for the transfer of image rights.

Likewise, it authorises EL OBRADOR DE LO REAL S.L. exclusively and with the power of exclusive authorisation to third parties, without territorial or temporal limitation, to fix, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, make available, transform, subtitle and dub the image, voice and contributions captured from the attendees (including digital, artistic, graphic and similar representation), all for its exploitation through any media and/or system as well as for its inclusion in the promotional materials of the Festival. All of the above is based on the current Spanish regulations regarding Rights of Honour (Ley 1/1982) and Intellectual Property (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril).
