dom., 30 de abril de 2017, 8:30 – 17:30 CEST
John modeled his assisted Self-Practice from direct experience lessons acquired through the study with Shri K Pattabhi Jois Mysore India. “What I’ve got contact one-to-one with Guruji in the 80s and 90s was a close working relationship, Guruji adjusted the asana asana knowing exactly what my level now needed. Guruji always knew if I lost or I skipped a stand and was there with her smile of acceptance to help me with the correct adjustment needed to help me through my difficulties to advance beyond my blocks and my doubting mind. I feel my joy in teaching is to provide the same working relationship with my students, so you know each student personally certainly helps that the practice of each individual to progress, develop and evolve. “
Each group will be guided through their own practice with John and his assistants guide and support the practice of each student through verbal and physical adjustments.
