SEMET TRAINING CAMP

In this workshop participants will learn how to add and progress different aspects of bodyweight training. Beginners to advanced are welcome, this is a learning experience for everyone interested in adding more to their training practice and overall wel being. This is the chance to search for the answers you have been asking for. Semet Fitness is the root core to help advance your training regardless of your background. Our team has developed an approach fit for all. Our practice taps into methods of old from yoga, dance, gymnastics and natural evolutionary training to help restore your body.
Semet Training will go over the following
Priming - Isometric holds and altering static positions, challenging the body to stabilize as it preps for movement. Engages awareness and activates the core.
Vitality Stretches - Instilling energy, promoting blood flow and increased circulation for comfortable performance. With these movements, the body's range of motion increases and expands, getting ready for Migration.
Migration / Locomotion - S equencing the scope of human actions, with the intent of greater postural conduct through the kinetic chain. Push, crawl, drag, twist, jump, pull - all organic movements, critical for engaging the brain to repattern the body's sense of locomotion. Founded on studies where in-vitro brainstem and spinal cord systems are shown to retain functional circuitry for locomotor command generation, motor pattern generation, and sensorimotor integration.
Time Training- A form of training that will build strength and muscle through time under tension.
