Hola foodies!

Volvemos a la carga con comida sana y recetas deliciosas!

El objetivo de nuestro próximo taller es enseñaros como preparar platos sabrosos y con diferentes texturas que compensan la falta de pescado o carne. La cocina vegetariana puede ser todo un placer y os enseñaré como aprovechar al máximo los productos locales y cereales: prepararemos calabaza y batata asada al estilo asiático, os enseñaré cómo hacer un plato que hasta hizo desmayar a un Iman! Os demonstaré la mejor técnica para hacer trigo bulgur y hacer una increíble 'pizza - tart'.

He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en uno de los restaurantes vegetarianos más respetados de Europa 'Terre à Terre' y espero poder transmitiros mi saber a través de este taller.


Al final de la clase podremos probar todos los platos. Os daré las recetas y trucos para que lo podáis cocinar vosotros mismos más tarde. El precio también incluye una consumición.

The aim of this cookery class to show you how to prepare a selection of dishes which contain lots of interesting textures and bursts of flavours which more than compensate for the lack of meat or fish.

I will demonstrate a number of different techniques such as how to make Asian style roast pumpkin & sweet potatoes with toasted seeds & sesame, how to make a dish which made an Imam faint! What can you do with bulghur wheat to make it taste amazing? and even how to make a pizza tart just like your mother never made.

Vegetarian food can be exciting and vibrant and I will show you how to bring flavour to fresh ingredients locally bought and with interesting whole foods.

I worked at one of the finest vegetarian restaurants in Europe- 'Terre à terre' which gave me amazing experience and respect for vegetarian and vegan food.


As with all the cookery workshops they are very 'hands on' as I believe that is the best way to learn and the events are a great way to meet others who appreciate eating and cooking great food.

I will give all attendees copies of all the recipes so you can recreate the dishes that you have learnt in the class.



Come and learn something new in a sociable & relaxed/fun environment and come and practise your English/French or Spanish, if you want to.

Towards the end of the event we will taste all the food we have prepared and if there's any left to take home!

A complimentary beer or glass of wine is included. This is a perfect session for beginners, amateurs or people who are interested in improving their cooking skills and to meet new people. Spaces are limited to 8 people and will be on a first come first served basis. I advertise these events elsewhere so may limit the spaces even further.
