EQUILIBRIUM FEST 2022

A well-being festival with a unique twist! It's all about Balance!

A full day of holistic activities, featured workshops, classes, treatments, products and talks, along with opportunities to connect as we develop the festivals aims to spread the message of conscious living, co-creation and balance.

With DJ's, music, dance, food and drink and a specialised Children's studio (Children go FREE) - a super accessible day for the whole family to enjoy in the beautiful location of Sitges.

As the world re-calibrates from an experience that impacted us all, we continue to find ways to live in balance.

Each of us feels, senses and knows that the way humans live in the world must change for us to thrive.

We must develop our skills to live in this changing world, we must nurture the practices of self love and respect for each other and the planet.

We can educate ourselves with natural and healthy practices.

This year Equilibrium Fest 2022 is at the IAB - Institute of the Arts, Barcelona for its second edition on Saturday 17th September.
