About the speaker

Elliott Locke, ACSI is the co-founder of abroaden. Elliott has worked in financial services since 2009 in a wide range of roles from trade processing, product, marketing, and consulting. He’s a big fan of talking about exchange rates for two reasons:

• He worked for a currency risk management company for a year and half creating content on different techniques for managing exchange rates.
• He learned about currencies first hand when he moved from the US to Europe in 2002 as a student and saw the impact of the dollar against the euro on his daily life.

In addition to this experience, Elliott also holds qualifications in international wealth and investment management from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI). Elliott is also the co-founder of BCN Fintech; Barcelona's largest financial technology community.
