Should i book Online?

We definitely recommend buying your tickets online for Fuerte Boat Club party on time. Being the only boat party on Fuerteventura Island, above 80% of our tickets would be sold by the time you arrive for your summer holiday. So booking directly with us would insure you get a ticket

Question 3

Do you have a VIP section or deal?

Accepted Answer

We do have a VIP section
Priority Boarding and swimming stop, Private VIP table and service, Personal fruit platter and sweets bowl,  A premium bottle of your choice (from our list) & 6 mixers (1 per group of 4 VIP tickets).  A bottle of champagne (1 per group of 4 VIP tickets).

Is there an age restriction aboard?

Accepted Answer

No person under the age of 18 is permitted to enter the boat party, weather they have bought a ticket or not (refunds will not be available). You will be asked before boarding to show identification of your age before being allowed on. Please bring along an identification document

Question 5

Can i reschedule my Ticket?

Accepted Answer

You may reschedule for a different date and event as long as; It is done before 15 days of the original booked event date. Rescheduling is also subject to availability and Fuerteventura Boat Club reserves all rights to decline a request of rescheduling if it finds damaging to its event.

Can i cancel my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your ticket, Fuerte Boat club has the right to reschedule the event with 24 hours notice without refund due to weather or mechanical situations. Online / Early bird tickets / discount/ special event Tickets may not be cancelled and no refund will be offered

I did not receive my ticket, how can i get it?

Accepted Answer

If you did not receive your ticket please email fuerteboatclub@gmail.com with the full name of the reservation. Please provide us with your payment information and proof in order for us to track and send you a new ticket. We are also able to pick up your booking at our event check-in.

What do we need for the event check in?

Accepted Answer

You will need your official ticket with the receipt that was provided on full payment of your event. You may have your ticket and receipt on your cell phone to show to us as well). Everyone should bring a form of personal identification to prove your age and with a legal document number.

What time and where should we meet for the event?

Accepted Answer

The check-in starts at the time mentioned above at the Corralejo Ell Muelle Port.  You will also  find our friendly staff along the Port area with a Fuerte Boat Club sign post. Check-in ends 15 minutes before departure time 4PM. Check in Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/CBTRYGaZhnsh2c4L9

What should we bring and wear to the boat party?

Accepted Answer

Look amazing! Dress to kill!! Most importantly bring your swim suit! Dress lightly, like a beach party. Don’t forget your swimming towels , sunglasses as they are not provided . We suggest bringing along a jersey or windbreaker as the sea can get nippy when the sunsets. Do not bring  Valuables

Is there food on the boat?

We serve you a delicious mixed selection of freshly cut juicy fruits and provide large sweet bowls. There is no other food available on board; we suggest that our guests eat before coming to our events as the food provided serves as a snack. We do not allow you to bring your own food or drinks.

Can we smoke at the Boat Party?

Accepted Answer

Smoking is permitted only in the smoking zones marked out on the boat. Please listen to the rules and regulations at the start of the event as this will be made clear in the instructions. Please respect the rules of the boat and its guests. We will not tolerate the use of any illegal substances

Do you offer discounts for large groups?
