Preparing for the Experience:
⚡ Wear comfortable clothing for free movement.
⚡Eat only lightly up to 2 hours before the session. (Avoid sugar, coffee, and other stimulants if possible.) The lighter you come, the better.
⚡ Avoid alcohol & stimulants 24-48 hours before the event.
