Overview
On this tour, you will discover the charm of the Jewish Quarter. You will be able to stroll through the narrow, labyrinthine streets of this area of the city, which has been influenced by Islam. We will visit the Artisans' Souk, a wonderful house that was converted into a market of artisan workshops in the last century (The synagogue is closed on Mondays)
The tour will continue with a visit to the fantastic Mosque-Cathedral, a legacy of the different cultures that have lived in this ancient city (entrance fees are included). It is the most important monument in the city, summarising the past of Cordoba. It became the second largest mosque in the world in the 10th century, a period of splendour for Cordoba. Today it is a unique place, as the Cathedral has been built inside it.
