Description

Have you ever felt FOMO? Have influencers found the secret to happiness?

Do you think your parents were less stressed in high school and college because they didn’t have to worry about likes and followers?

These are just a few of the questions we will explore during this session. We will also talk about taking healthy breaks from social media and strategies we can apply to reduce some of the negative consequences of engaging in these platforms.

During this interactive virtual workshop, you will:

-Time travel through images to ages where social media were not as prevalent

-Understand the positive and negative effects of social media on our wellbeing

-Find out if you’re on your way of becoming a social media junkie - don’t worry, if you had to look up “FOMO” you’re probably fine.

-Discover why we enjoy likes so much – it’s not what you think.

-Walk away with practical tools to improve the wellbeing impact of social media

Don’t miss out!
