IE Admissions Day in Beirut

Join us for Admission Day at IE University, an exciting opportunity for prospective students to explore our programs, connect with our team, and engage in thought-provoking discussions. This event is designed for anyone interested in studying at IE, offering a mix of personalized consultations, interviews, a masterclass, and networking opportunities. Below is the agenda and details on who can attend.

Agenda

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Admissions Interviews (By Invite Only)

o   Who Can Attend: Candidates who submitted their application by November 9 and have been verified by the admissions team.

o  Details: Conducted in person by Tulio Rivero from our Admissions department. Invitations and specific time slots will be sent after application verification.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: One-to-One Consultations with our Regional Associate Director

o   Who Can Attend: Open to anyone interested in learning more about IE University before applying.

o   Details: Meet with Wadie Zegrari, the Associate Director in MEA for a personalized consultation. In this consultation you can discuss your profile, our programs, IE and any other questions you might have.  Simply sign up to reserve your spot, and a specific time will be arranged later.

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Masterclass - "Rise of the Robots"

o   Who Can Attend: Open to all attendees, including candidates and the general public.

o   Details: Explore the evolution of robotics, from 1940s "tortoises" to modern AI-driven systems like household cleaners, surgical robots, and Boston Dynamics’ humanoids. This interdisciplinary session combines engineering, AI, biology, and ethics to discuss cutting-edge developments in autonomous vehicles, biotech integration, and the societal impact of robotics.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Networking Dinner (By Invite Only)

o   Who Can Attend: Exclusive to candidates who completed their interviews, admitted students, and IE alumni.

o   Details: A special dinner to connect with peers, alumni, and the IE community in a relaxed setting.

How to Participate

o   Registration: Select the events you will like to participate in and register. We will contact you in a later date to confirm a timeslot.

o   Interview Requests: Submit your application by November 10 to be eligible. Invitations will be sent post-verification.
