🏃‍♀️🌆 Every week, we organise inclusive running sessions through the streets of Barcelona! 🏙️ Anyone can sign up for free, as long as we haven’t reached capacity for that evening. You’re welcome to join us weekly or just every now and then—whatever suits you best! 😊

Frequently asked questions

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We usually run in small groups of around 10 people. Depending on the number of participants, we may split into different pace groups so everyone can run at a comfortable speed. We recommend coming regularly to connect with the community and gradually improve your endurance and skills!

WHERE DO WE RUN?

At the moment, we meet at the beach (MAPFRE TOWER most of the time) and start our routes from there. You can find the exact Google Maps location in the event description. At the meeting point, Andrea, Piers or other sports volunteers will be there to welcome you before we head off together.

WHO CAN JOIN?


Anyone who likes running! We adapt to different levels, but please note that running can be tiring. Of course, if you get tired or need a break, that’s totally fine—you can always walk or pause. The goal is to enjoy movement and community, nothing else!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Comfortable running shoes and sportswear. If you like, you can also bring water and a small snack for after the run.

CAN I LEAVE MY STUFF SAFELY?

Sometimes we have lockers available at the meeting point, but this isn’t guaranteed. We recommend bringing only what you need. In any case, Iguality cannot be held responsible for any missing items.

WHAT ELSE?
