Prepare to be amazed when you arrive at the IWINETC Gala Dinner. Believe the unbelievable when magicians mesmerize conference delegates with a magic show that stupefies or makes you laugh. All this while you enjoy a tasting of Txakolí and Rioja Alavesa wines whilst sampling a wide and abundant selection of Basque pintxos.

This is followed by a 3 course sit down meal so make sure you pace yourself!

Menu:
Spring sautéed vegetables with extra virgin olive oil
Veal tail with creamy mash potatoes and Tempranillo wine sauce
Three chocolates pyramid with praline ice cream

Buses to the event venue depart at 20.00.

Meeting point is the Vitoria-Gasteiz Green Sculpture made of moss in the Virgen Blanca Square. Please arrive at 19.45 to ensure a prompt departure time at 20.00. You will need to bring your ticket with you to board the bus.

Buses return to Vitoria Centre at 23.00 and will drop off at the following hotels only:

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a free bus departing from at 20.00. If you would like to make your own way to the event or you happen to have missed the bus then you would have to do so at own cost and by taking a taxi.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets once purchased are nonrefundable

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. You will need to show your ticket to board the bus and gain access to the event venue.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you can update your info by accessing the eventbirte ticket system

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes you can transfer your ticket to another person.
