Join us for a gentle and supportive online gathering created for those navigating (or recovering from) burnout, emotionally exhausting leadership, or unhealthy work cultures.
In our last session, we explored the symptoms and phases of burnout, as well as shared the strategies for recovery.
This time, we will hear the personal story of a sales team leader who has learned how to create burnout-free, safe working environments. Her journey shows how redefining success, prioritizing well-being, and fostering psychological safety can turn high-pressure sales cultures into spaces where people truly thrive.
This KindSpace will be co-hosted by Kelly, one of our fellow KindSpace co-creators, a self-reflective leader sharing her self-care journey and the practical tools she uses to read team climate, nurture psychological safety, and grow a healthy, high-performing team.
