Knowledge Lab: Making room for the uncomfortable

Retail spaces and processes tend to be designed to prioritize efficiency, order, and smooth interactions, but how they relate to intense emotions remains little explored. This knowledge lab will focus on conceprualizing spaces that support the physical and verbal release of inner tensions in ways that are beneficial for everyone: for people and for companies. Intense emotions will shift from being a problem or an ignored factor to becoming an intentional design parameter.
