Exploraremos el contexto del coaching de equipos y cómo establecer un acuerdo claro con el cliente. A partir de ahí, abordaremos algunas de las sombras más comunes que pueden aparecer en la práctica del coach:

  • La identificación con una parte del sistema.
  • La necesidad de ser valorado.
  • La dificultad para tolerar la incertidumbre, el silencio o el caos del sistema.
  • Los juicios ocultos sobre el equipo.
  • La confusión del rol del coach con otros perfiles profesionales.
  • La fantasía de “salvar” al equipo.

A continuación, ofreceremos estrategias concretas para gestionar estas dificultades. Hablaremos de:

  • La importancia de la presencia.
  • La capacidad de observar el sistema sin quedar atrapado.
  • Cómo acompañar procesos sin querer resolverlo todo.
  • El papel de la emocionalidad del coach y su resonancia con el sistema.
  • El valor de la autenticidad y límites.
