We propose our place in the quiet mountain of Catadau to live one sourrounded experience very typical in the valencian people: contact with the wild mountains at take a paella!We are growing in this tradition, our grandparents and parents prepare this dish almost every Sunday when we were children. Now we want to share the way we learnt. We are going to show you how to make a good paella with all the secrets!
