Luis and his wife Kathe are the founders and artisans of HANDMADE THE BRAND, an ethical brand of handmade traditional shoes from Cataluña, Spain. They have been making shoes for many years in their family-owned factories in Spain.

They have been hosting a very successful experience teaching everyone how to stitch traditional Catalan espadrilles. This unique experience has brought them many good reviews in 2019-20 as a must-do in Barcelona and it is within the Top10 Experiences Worldwide
