Mandala Art & Mindfulness is a creative and meditative course designed to help you relax, focus, and reconnect with yourself through color and form. Each week you will paint or color a new mandala on a specific theme, guided by gentle mindfulness practices, self-coaching questions, and the use of essential oils to deepen your experience.
This course combines artistic expression with inner reflection, making it both inspiring and calming. No previous art experience is required – just curiosity and openness.
