About this event
Your ritual for a mindful start into the next month: meething - a monthly e-meeting, in which we get together to reflect our (personal) past month, connect with ourselves to gain clarity, and re-align our intentions for the month to come, to boost our self-trust and capacity to reach our goals.
The agenda: Guided breathing, journaling, & meditation.
🌬️ Breathwork - Utilize different breathing exercises (pranayama) to quiet your mind, calm your nervous system, and boost your focus & creativity.
✍️ Journaling - Put your thoughts onto paper and out of the mind, and answer questions that support your personal growth. You won’t be tapping in the dark here, you’ll be given mindful journal prompts (questions to reflect), so you’ll know exactly what to do.
🧘♀️ Meditation - To support you to show up as your “next-level self” (or “most authentic self”, as I like to call it), you get to sit in your new energy, visualizing and affirming, feeling, being.
Rather than just adding those trendy mindfulness practices to our list of “things I think I should do”, we learn to use them as tools that actually support us - in our wellbeing, and in reaching our goals.
All meethings have these practices as a consistent. Along with the opportunity to share our experience with a group of likeminded people.
And every meething brings you new impulses, different exercises, or a focus on different topics (such as relationships, self love, purpose, healthy routines, …).
You can join single meethings, or make them your monthly routine.
