MOM, I WANT TO DANCE WITH YOU

A unique opportunity to move your body, connect with your child, and enjoy oriental dance in a welcoming atmosphere.

Teacher Lesya Starr, with over 35 years of experience in belly dance, offers a special session for mothers and expectant moms. The class starts with gentle stretching, incorporating the tiniest babies into the exercises and then moves on to basic belly dance movements: some soft and fluid, others strong and grounded.

Babies can join you in a baby carrier, and for little ones over 18 months there is a childcare option at Concillar.

One hour to exercise, relax, and share music, movement, and joy with other mothers.
