About the teacher
Teacher Lesya Starr, with over 35 years of experience in belly dance, offers a special session for mothers and expectant moms. The class starts with gentle stretching, incorporating the tiniest babies into the exercises and then moves on to basic belly dance movements: some soft and fluid, others strong and grounded.

One hour to exercise, relax, and share music, movement, and joy with other mothers.

Childcare Option
Babies can join you in the class in a baby carrier, and for little ones over 18 months there is a childcare option at Concillar.
