Mool Pantra is the esential dance of the sikh warrior. A powerful movement based in the symbol of Infinite, number 8 in horizontal.
You'll learn in three simple steps this dance to become it a dynamic meditation. Finally we'll practice it 11 minutes with drums and sitting down to meditate how no words can express our feelings.
