MQ Fest showed us what real community feels like.

Whether you were with us or wished you had been, MQ Ignite brings that same energy of connection, depth and celebration in a new evening format inside the beautiful House of Flow in Benahavís.

This is a warm, seasonal MQ Tribe gathering that blends transformational breathwork, real human connection, uplifting music, sound healing and moments of shared presence — all held inside a beautiful indoor space designed for comfort and togetherness.

We’ll start the evening gently with connection games guided by Evelyn. They’re simple, playful and a really natural way to meet new people without the usual awkwardness.

Once the room feels open and comfortable, Dev Modi will guide a transformational breathwork session. Dev blends psychology, somatics and hypnotherapy into the experience, helping you shift your inner state, release tension and arrive more fully in yourself. It’s a powerful journey and one of the highlights of the night.

Afterward, we take a break to eat, chat and settle. You’ll find tapas and kombucha prepared by Jenna available for purchase — perfect for refuelling and connecting with others before the evening builds again.

Then we move into the musical part of the night with DJ Tor, who creates uplifting soundscapes using global beats, Afro rhythms, organic house and tribal influences. His sets are warm, energetic and designed to get everyone moving in a way that feels natural and free.

When the music softens, Tiana will guide a soothing sound healing experience to help you integrate everything you’ve felt throughout the evening.

We’ll gather for a short closing circle, and then settle into a relaxed “fireplace chill-out” — a cosy space to unwind, talk, listen to soft music and enjoy the atmosphere at your own pace. It’s the perfect way to end the night.
