Vanaf vijf uur kun je aanschuiven en meekijken hoe Marc zijn geheimen deelt. Hij legt stap voor stap uit hoe je thuis zelf een perfecte paella bereidt. Daarna kun je proeven van het resultaat: verse paella zoals in Valencia. Er is een traditionele versie met konijn en kip en een vegetarische variant. Een bord vol zon voor slechts tien euro!
Bij de bar schenken we Tinto de Verano, rode wijn met soda en een vleugje limoen. Fris, licht en precies goed voor een zondagavond. De prijs? Negen euro.

On Sunday, October 19th, we finish the weekend with a Spanish touch at RIF010. The scent of saffron fills the air as the pans begin to simmer. Our paella master Marc Sánchez will be there to show how real Paella Valenciana is made.
From five in the afternoon, you can join us and watch Marc share his secrets. He explains step by step how to make the perfect paella at home, so you can bring a bit of Spain to your own kitchen. After the demo, you’ll taste the result — fresh paella straight from Valencia. There’s a traditional version with rabbit and chicken and a vegetarian option. A plate full of sunshine for only ten euros.
At the bar, we’ll be serving Tinto de Verano, a mix of red wine, soda and a hint of lime. Refreshing, light and perfect for a Sunday evening. The price? Nine euros.
