Avoid eating 2-3 hours before the breathwork; Take a good night sleep; Avoid alcohol and other psychoactive substances the day before.

Bring a bottle of water and if you want you can bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket (although there are also yoga mats in the room); You can bring an eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes if you wish so; Bring cozy layers of clothing (there may be changes in temperature during the session.

Epilepsy, Pregnancy, Glaucoma, Stroke, Cardiovascular Diseases, Severe Mental Illness, Retinal Detachment. If you have asthma, remember to bring your inhaler in case you need to use it;
