Bring a bottle of water and if you want you can bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket (although there are also yoga mats in the room); You can bring an eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes if you wish so; Bring cozy layers of clothing (there may be changes in temperature during the session.
