It is important to prepare for the interview to put yourself forth as the best candidate you can be. This includes understanding and preparing the main aspects to consider and the types of interviews that you may be given.
In this activity, we will share what is most valued when selecting, learn about different aspects of interviews, both in person and online, and provide tools to build a personalised self-diagnosis to help each participant to improve. This will cover the main questions asked and the intention behind them, accepting in the process that there are no good or bad answers, but just the answer itself.

→ Identify the main aspects before, during and after the interview improve self-confidence.
→ Prepare key questions to get the most out of the interview.
→ Differences in selection processes that take cultural aspects into account.
