In this Multidimensional healing event, we will connect as a group. A small group.

Carmen will connect with the group energy and with her guides they will release fear and create calmness. After healing the group, she will do individual healing as well.

Some times fear is held in the body in specific places, like in the stomach or heart or buttocks. Some times it is in our head and this spills over into our body and our emotions.

We know that fear lowers our vibration. When your vibration is low you attract negative energy and it get difficult to do what you want to do. For us to grow spiritually we need to raise our vibration. From a state of calm we can raise our vibration and manifest the life that is in our highest good.

During the healing event, we will remove and clear fear , we will receive down loads and upgrades in the physical and spiritual body. These are normally done by either the Arcturians or Blue Avians or Pleiadians or the Council of Light or the Sirian council of light .

Carmen work with many beings of light as well as with her own gifts gained over many life times.
