Step into the stillness of the Winter Solstice with us, in a cozy forest yurt surrounded by nature. This is a time to slow down, let go, and realign with your inner rhythm as we cross the threshold into a new season of light.

✨ Lisa will guide you through a gentle fusion of Qigong, Tai Chi, and moving meditation to harmonise body, heart, and soul.
✨ Jacqueline will lead a sound healing journey to help you release what no longer serves and receive deep energetic nourishment.
✨ We'll close with grounding reflection, journaling, and sharing nourishing snacks in community.
